Quest Center for Integrative Health is a community-based nonprofit health center. Our clients work directly with a team of clinicians to develop a well-rounded and individualized treatment program. Our programs and services empower our clients to make and sustain positive lifestyle changes.
As a multidisciplinary care clinic, Quest Center treats a wide variety of chronic and life challenging illnesses. We are committed to treating all people, including those who are low income and without insurance.
CLINIC HOURS*
Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
* Special arrangements may be made with your practitioner for appointment outside our clinic hours.
* Many of our groups and community classes take place in the evening hours or on weekends. See our Community Calendar for a current schedule.
CLINIC LOCATION
We are located at 2901 E Burnside Ave. in the red brick building on the corner of NE 29th Street and E Burnside in Portland, OR.
PARKING
Parking is available in the lot behind our building, or on-street parking is available on Burnside or NE 29th.
INSURANCE COVERAGE
Quest Center for Integrative Health accepts a wide range of health insurance plans.
Please call your insurance provider to determine your benefits.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due in full at time of service and we accept cash, checks, Visa or MasterCard. Please contact us if you need to make special payment arrangements.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We request 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To cancel an appointment on Monday, please call before 5 pm on Friday. Patients who do not cancel within 24 hours may be charged a cancellation fee.
INSTRUCTIONS TO NEW PATIENTS
Please arrive 10 minutes early with your paperwork completed. Contact your insurance provider to determine your benefits prior to your first visit and bring your insurance card with you.
